Shalom,

Our teaching this morning will come from Ezekiel 5.1-17.

And The title of our message is, WOW.

So let’s read Ezekiel 5.1-17.

These words from The Prophet Ezekiel were written some 2,600 years ago in Babylon, current day Iraq, because of Jewish Disobedience to GOD, THE GOD OF ISRAEL.

3,400 years ago during the days of Moses in the wilderness on the way to The Promised Land after being Delivered by GOD from 400 years of Egyptian slavery, GOD said to The Children of Israel, who are The Jewish People today,

For you are a Holy People to The LORD Your GOD.

The LORD Your GOD has Chosen You to be a Special People to Himself out of all the peoples that are on the face of the earth.

The LORD did not set His love upon you nor choose you because you were more in number than any people, for you were the fewest of all people.  But because The LORD Loved you, and because He would keep His oath which He had sworn to your fathers has He brought you out of Egypt with a Mighty Hand and Delivered you out of the house of slavery from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt.

Know therefore, GOD said, That The LORD Your GOD, He is GOD, The Faithful GOD Who keeps Covenant and Mercy with them who love Him and keep His Commandments to a thousand generations.

And repays them who hate Him to their face to destroy them.  He will not be slack to them who hate Him.  He will repay them to their face.

You shall therefore keep The Commandments and The Statutes and The Judgments which I command you this day to do them.

WHEN GOD CHOSE THE JEWISH PEOPLE, HE SAID TO THEM, FOR YOUR ARE A HOLY PEOPLE TO THE LORD YOUR GOD.

HOLY PEOPLE ARE JEWISH PEOPLE AND GENTILE PEOPLE WHO OBEY GOD.  HOLY PEOPLE LIVE THEIR LIVES BY EVERY WORD GOD SPEAKS IN THE BIBLE FROM GENESIS THROUGH REVELATION THAT IS NOT DIFFICULT, THAT INCLUDES TORAH, THE LAW OF MOSES WRITTEN IN THE FIRST FIVE BOOKS OF THE BIBLE THAT IS NOT DIFFICULT. 

AND TODAY, HOLY PEOPLE HAVE ATONEMENT FOR THEIR SINS IN THE JEWISH MESSIAH YESHUA, FOR IT IS THE BLOOD THAT MAKES ATONEMENT FOR THE SOUL.

But hating GOD is Disobeying anything GOD Says in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation that includes Torah, The Law of Moses, and not having Atonement in The Jewish Messiah Yeshua, for it is the blood that makes Atonement for the soul.

LEVITICUS 17.8, 9, 11, DEUTERONOMY 7.6-11, ISAIAH 53.10. 1 JOHN 1.9, 1 JOHN 3.4

In 586 B.C.E./B.C. GOD exiled His Jewish People into captivity in Babylon for seventy years because, as GOD said, They hated Him.  They worshipped idols, and disobeyed just about every Word GOD Spoke to them that is written in Torah, The Law of Moses, and The Prophets and misused The Prophets of GOD.  Therefore GOD sent them into captivity for seventy years to Babylon.

DEUTERONOMY 7.10, 25-26

GOD also says that The Jewish People will receive of The LORD’S Hand double for all their sins.

ANTI SEMITISM IS BECAUSE OF JEWISH SINS AGAINST GOD.

ISAIAH 40.2, JEREMIAH 16.14-18, ZECHARIAH 9.12

Sin is despising The Word of The LORD by not doing what GOD says in The Bible.  Sin is breaking any Commandment of GOD in The Bible.  GOD’S Commandments are His Laws Written in the first five books of The Bible in Torah, The Law of Moses. And sin is violating any Word that GOD Speaks in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation.

And sin is rejecting Jesus, The Jewish Messiah Yeshua Who is The GOD of Israel, The GOD of The Jewish People, Adonai Elohaynu, Ha Shem, The GOD of all the earth, Who gave His Life and shed His blood for His Jewish People and all the world.

MATTHEW 23.37-39, LUKE 19.41-44

THE WORLD TODAY IS SUFFERING FOR DISOBEYING GOD, DISOBEYING THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD THAT SO MANY PEOPLE THROUGHOUT THE WORLD READ IN THEIR BIBLE, BUT REJECT WHAT THEY READ.  THAT IS HATING GOD.

BELIEVING IN JESUS MAKES ATONEMENT FOR YOUR SINS WHEN YOU LIVE YOUR LIFE BY EVERY WORD GOD SPEAKS IN THE BIBLE THAT INCLUDES THE LAW OF MOSES. 

Let’s review Ezekiel 5.1-17.

Speaking to The Prophet Ezekiel, GOD said, And you son of man, take a sharp knife, the razor of a barber, and cause it to pass upon your head, and your beard.  Then take three balances to weigh, and divide the hair.

You shall burn with fire a third part of your hair in the center of the city when the days of the siege are complete.  See Ezekiel  4.1-3.

And you shall take a third part of your hair and strike it with destruction with the knife.  And the third part of your hair you shall scatter in the wind.  And I will draw a sword after them.

GOD is saying, He will burn The City of Jerusalem, and destroy The City of Jerusalem.  And He will scatter The Jewish People in The City of Jerusalem, and throughout southern Israel, and the sword will chase them.

This is what GOD did to Jerusalem using the Babylonian armies to destroy Jerusalem because of Jewish sin, and their abominations against Their GOD, The GOD of Israel.

And GOD said to Ezekiel, You shall take from your hair a few in number and bind them in your clothing.

Then take them again, and toss them in the fire, and burn them in the fire.  For there shall a fire come forth into all The House of Israel.  Because of their sins against GOD.

And GOD said, Thus saith The LORD GOD, This is Jerusalem.  I have set Jerusalem in the center of the nations and countries that are round about her.

And The Jewish People of Jerusalem have changed My Judgments into wickedness more than the nations.

GOD’S Judgments are His Decisions, Verdicts, and Sentencings that He does according to His Word in Torah, The Law of Moses.

And GOD said, They have changed My Statutes more than the countries that are around her, for they have refused My Judgments and My Statutes.  They have not walked in them.  They have not obeyed them, but rather they have rejected them.

Therefore, thus saith The LORD GOD, Because you multiplied your sins more than the nations that are around you, and have not walked in My Statutes, neither have you kept My Judgments, neither have you done according to the judgments of the nations, and they don’t even know Me.  They don’t even know My Word.  But you I have instructed in My Word.

Therefore thus saith The LORD GOD, Behold, I, even I am against you, and I will execute Judgments in the midst of you in the sight of the nations.

And I will do in you that which I have not done, and what I will not do any more the like of it because of all your abominations.

Hundreds of years earlier, just before Moses died in the wilderness, and just before The Children of Israel entered and possessed the land of Canaan that became The Land of Israel, Moses Prophesied that The Children of Israel would corrupt themselves, and turn away from The LORD their GOD.  And it happened just as Moses said.

DEUTERONOMY 31.28-29

Listen to what The LORD GOD said to The Children of Israel that He will never do again.

The fathers shall eat the sons, and the sons shall eat their fathers.  And GOD said, I will execute Judgments in you, and the whole remnant of you will I scatter into the winds.

Does anyone other than certain Jewish People teach The Spoken Word of GOD Written in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation that includes all GOD’S Laws Written in The Law of Moses in the first five books of The Bible?

Does anyone other than certain Jewish People teach the curses for not doing what GOD Commands in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation that include The Law of Moses that are not difficult?

Because GOD says in Prophecy of what will certainly happen in the future, and GOD does not mess around.  See the days of Noah.

GOD says, The earth shall be utterly emptied, and utterly spoiled, for The LORD Has spoken This Word.

The earth is defiled under the inhabitants of it, because the people on earth have Transgressed The Laws of GOD Written in The Law of Moses in the first five books of The Bible, Changed The Ordinances of GOD, and have broken The Everlasting Covenant, The Word that GOD Speaks in The Bible.

Therefore The curse has devoured the earth, and they that dwell on it are desolate.  Therefore the inhabitants of  the earth are burned and few left.

ISAIAH 24.3-6

Look at the world today.  I don’t see it getting any better.  But you can fully protect yourself and your family by opening a Bible and doing everything GOD says from Genesis through Revelation.  Knowing that without a Temple in Jerusalem, the animal sacrifice has ceased until the next Temple is built.  That today without the animal sacrifice, our Atonement is in The Messiah Yeshua, Jesus Christ.

And Atonement must be followed by living your life according to Every Word GOD Speaks in The Bible, or there is no Atonement.

DEUTERONOMY 8.3, MATTHEW 4.4, LUKE 4.4, and see 1 JOHN 5.3

And GOD said to Ezekiel, Therefore as I live saith The LORD GOD, surely because you, Israel, have defiled My Sanctuary with your idols, and have sacrificed to your idols, and worshipped idols with all your detestable things, and with all your abominations, therefore I will also decrease you, neither shall My Eye spare you, neither will I have pity on you.

I tell you, it is never good to upset GOD by disobeying Him.

I read the other day in a very famous reading where Yeshua, Jesus Christ, says, For everyone who does evil hates The Light, neither comes to The Light lest his deeds, that is his works, shall be corrected.

Hating The Light is hating The Truth.  The Truth is The Word that GOD Speaks in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation that includes The Law of Moses.  Evil is sin.  Sin is violating Torah, The Law of Moses, or any Word GOD Speaks in The Bible.

And Messiah said, But he that does The Truth comes to The Light that his deeds, that is his works shall be revealed, that they are The Works of GOD.

JOHN 3.20-21, 1 JOHN 3.4

The Works of GOD for you and me are Obedience to The Spoken Word of GOD.

ISAIAH 54.17

And GOD said to Ezekiel, A third part of The Children of Israel shall die with the pestilence, think coronavirus, and with famine will they be consumed in the midst of you.  And a third shall fall by the sword round about you.  And I will scatter a third part into the winds, and I will draw out a sword after them.

Thus shall My anger be accomplished, and I will cause My fury to rest upon them, and I will be comforted, and they shall know that I The LORD have Spoken it in My zeal which I have accomplished My fury in them.

Listen to GOD Speaking To the world, to Jewish People and Gentiles alike.

DEUTERONOMY 32.1-2

Give ear O heavens and I will speak.  And hear O earth The Words of My Mouth.

HEAR IN HEBREW IS SHEMA MEANING HEAR AND OBEY.

My Doctrine, GOD says, shall drop as the rain.  My Speech shall flow as the dew, as the small rain upon the tender herb, and as the showers upon the grass,

EVERY WORD GOD SPEAKS, THE WORDS THAT YOU AND I READ IN THE BIBLE ARE FOR THE HEAVENS, FOR THE ANGELS IN HEAVEN, AND YES, FOR GOD HIMSELF IN HEAVEN, AND FOR THE EARTH WHERE ALL HUMANITY LIVES. 

To every human being, GOD says, Hear and Obey Every Word I Speak in The Bible.

Back to Ezekiel.  And GOD said, I will make you, The Children of Israel, waste and a disgrace among the nations that are round about you, in the sight of all that pass by.

So it shall be a disgrace and a put down.  listen to this, an instruction and astonishment to the nations (nations in Hebrew is Goyim, meaning Gentiles) that are round about you when I shall execute judgments in you in anger, and in fury and in furious rebukes.  I The LORD have Spoken it.

When I shall send upon them the evil arrows of famine which shall be for their destruction, which I shall send to destroy them.  And I will increase the famine upon them, and I will break their staff of bread.  Meaning, there will be a severe famine.

So will I send upon them famine and evil beasts, and they shall deprive them, and make them desolate by death, and pestilence, and blood shall pass through them, and I will bring the sword upon them.  I The LORD have Spoken it.

GOD IS SAYING THIS: WHAT HAPPENED TO THE JEWISH PEOPLE BECAUSE OF THEIR DISOBEDIENCE TO GOD IS AN INSTUCTION, A WARNING TO THE NATIONS, TO THE GENTILES, BECAUSE YOU DISOBEY GOD.

Are The Bible teachers listening to GOD?  Are The Bible teachers listening to every Word GOD speaks throughout The Bible?  Are The Bible teachers teaching The Truth of GOD???  To obey every Word GOD speaks in The Bible including The Law of Moses???

READ DEUTERONOMY 28, ALL 68 VERSES FOR YOUR GOOD BECAUSE THEY APPLY TO JEWS AND GENTILES ALIKE.

AND THE TITLE OF OUR MESSAGE IS, YOU SHOULD NEVER FOLLOW THIS EXAMPLE IN THE BIBLE.

And with that said, let’s read Ezekiel 4.1-17.

In 586 B.C.E./B.C., The GOD of Israel sent The Children of Israel into captivity in Babylon for seventy years because they Disobeyed The LORD Their GOD.

The Children of Israel, who are The Jewish People, continuously Disobeyed The Laws and Commandments of GOD Written in Torah, The Law of Moses, and they Disobeyed The Prophets and Messengers of GOD whom The LORD sent to them.  For all The Priests and The People sinned greatly against GOD doing the abominations of the heathen.  And they polluted The Temple, The House of GOD which The LORD made Holy in Jerusalem.

And The People mocked The Prophets and GOD’S Messengers, and they despised GOD’S Words, and misused His Prophets until the wrath of The LORD burned against His People till there was no remedy.

That is the example you should not follow.  You should not Disobey GOD.  You should not Disobey anything GOD says in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation.  You should not Disobey Torah, The Law of Moses written from Genesis through Deuteronomy.  You should not Disobey The Prophets of GOD.  And you should not Disobey The Spoken Word of GOD.  Because if you live a life of Disobedience to GOD, curses and troubles will surely follow you and overtake you all the days of your life.

But rather you should turn to GOD and Repent by having atonement in The Messiah Yeshua, and turn from all your sins of violating The Law of Moses, to living your life according to Every Word GOD Speaks in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation that includes The Law of Moses, doing that which is Lawful and Right.  And GOD says, You shall surely live, you will not die.

DEUTERONOMY 8.3, MATTHEW 4.4, LUKE 4.4, EZEKIEL 18.21, 1 JOHN 3.4

Let’s summarize Ezekiel 4.1-17.

The time of Ezekiel Chapter 4 is during the seventy year captivity of The Jewish People in Babylon, current-day Iraq.

GOD told The Prophet Ezekiel, Take a tile, and lay it before you, and engrave on it The City of Jerusalem.  And lay siege to it, and build a fort against it, and heap a mound of earth around it.  Set an army also against it, and set battering rams against Jerusalem.

Also take an iron pan and set it for a wall of iron between you and the city, and set your face against it.  And it shall be besieged, and you shall lay siege against it.  This shall be a sign to The House of Israel.

The sign to The House of Israel is the city of Jerusalem being besieged by the Babylonian armies, and mounds of earth being heaped around Jerusalem.  All because of Jewish sins against GOD.  That is a sign of proof that The Children of Israel Disobeyed The LORD Their GOD for years, rejecting the daily warnings of GOD’S Prophets warning them of all their transgressions of the heathen, and polluting The Holy Temple of The LORD with their idols.

2 CHRONICLES 36.11-21

Let’s look at ISAIAH 4.2-3.  In that day shall The Branch of The LORD be Beautiful and Glorious.  (The Branch of The LORD is The Jewish Messiah Yeshua).  And the fruit of The Land of Israel shall be Excellent and Beautiful with Honor and Majesty for them who are Delivered, The Remnant of Israel.

And it shall come to pass that they that are left in Zion, and they that remain in Jerusalem shall be called Holy, every one who is written among the living in Jerusalem.

ZECHARIAH 6.12-13, JEREMIAH 23.5-6

The Branch of The LORD is Messiah Yeshua.

And GOD is telling The Jewish People, and all the world, Get your act together, and get yourself far away from sin.  Sin is violating Torah, The Law of Moses.  And start obeying Every Word GOD Speaks in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation, and have atonement in The Messiah Yeshua, if you want to be delivered and be part of the remnant in Jerusalem with THE MESSIAH YESHUA, THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY when He returns to Israel, having Salvation and Eternal Life with The LORD Your GOD.

LET’S LOOK AT DEUTEORNOMY 30.1-5

WHEN THE LORD YOUR GOD, MESSIAH YESHUA, RETURNS FROM HEAVEN TO JERUSALEM, THOSE WHO HAVE OBEYED GOD’S VOICE, EVERY WORD HE SPEAKS IN THE BIBLE FROM GENESIS THROUGH REVELATION, THAT INCLUDES TORAH, THE LAW OF MOSES, AND YOU HAVE ATONEMENT IN HIM, THE MESSIAH YESHUA, THE LORD YOUR GOD WILL GATHER YOU FROM ALL THE PEOPLES WHERE HE SCATTERED YOU, AND BRING YOU INTO HIS KINGDOM, THE LAND OF ISRAEL, AND YOU WILL HAVE SALVATION, ETERNAL LIFE WITH THE LORD YOUR GOD, THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL, MESSIAH YESHUA, HA SHEM.

Some Bibles do not explain The Return of The LORD very well in Deuteronomy 30 verse 3.  Here is the Hebrew and the English.

V’shav Yehovah Eh’lo’hay’kha et sheh’vu’t’kha v’ree’kha’mey’kha v’shav v’kee’b’ste’kha me’kahl ha’ah’meem ah’sher heh’fee’st’kha Yehovah Eh’lo’hay’kha shah’mar.

v’shav  v’kee’b’ste’kha  is, And Return and gather you

Then The LORD Your GOD will turn your captivity and have compassion upon you, and will return and gather you from all the peoples where The LORD Your GOD has scattered you there.

The LORD Your GOD is Messiah Yeshua.

Not only is Deuteronomy 30.3 breathtaking because it was written 3,400 years ago, and some 1,400 years before Messiah,

but also this verse clearly shows that MESSIAH YESHUA IS THE LORD GOD ALMIGHTY and not some other god, the second person of the godhead of the false trinity of one god being three different gods.

Back to Ezekiel.  And GOD said to Ezekiel, Lie on your left side, and lay the iniquity of The House of Israel upon it.  According to the number of days that you lie on your side, you shall bear their iniquity.

NUMBERS 18.1  GOD holds The Priests responsible for the sins of The Children of Israel.  Ezekiel was a Priest and a Prophet.

EZEKIEL 1.3

GOD Commanding Ezekiel to lay on his side for such a very long time was payment for his responsibility of The People sinning against GOD.

And GOD said to Ezekiel, For I have laid upon you the years of their iniquity according to the number of the days, three hundred and ninety days.  So shall you bear their iniquity.

Thus The Children of Israel were in sin for three hundred and ninety years, a year for a day, before GOD sent Israel into exile for their sins.

1 JOHN 3.4

GOD has long patience.

And GOD said to Ezekiel, when you have accomplished the three hundred and ninety days of lying on your left side, lie again on your right side, and you shall bear the iniquity of The House of Judah forty days.  I have appointed each day for a year, GOD said.

So now we see that Israel was in sin another forty years, or a total of four hundred and thirty years.  Four hundred and thirty years of Disobeying GOD.

Israel’s punishment was seventy years in Babylonian captivity and exile.  Ezekiel’s punishment as a Priest who is held responsible for Israel’s sins was four hundred and thirty days lying on his side, because The Priests taught Israel Torah, to obey Torah.  But The People still Disobeyed GOD

AND THAT IS THE EXAMPLE NOT TO FOLLOW,  DISOBEDIENCE TO THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD IN THE BIBLE FROM GENESIS THROUGH REVELATION.

So GOD said to Ezekiel, You shall set your face toward the siege of Jerusalem, and your arm shall be uncovered, and you shall Prophesy against Jerusalem, and The People who live in the city of Jerusalem.

I believe that GOD telling Ezekiel that his arm should be uncovered is Prophetic, because Messiah Yeshua, Who is GOD ALMIGHTY, is The Arm of The LORD.  When Messiah Yeshua came to Israel 2,000 years ago, He was The Arm of The LORD, Speaking The Words of The LORD to His Jewish People, and all the world from The Bible, because Messiah is The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY, THE FATHER.

And because The Prophet Ezekiel Spoke The Words of GOD to The People, Ezekiel was The Arm of The LORD.

ISAIAH 52.10

And GOD said to Ezekiel, I will tie you up with ropes.  And The People bound The Prophet with ropes.  And GOD said, You shall not turn from one side to the other till you have ended the days of your siege.

And GOD said, Take some barley, and beans, and lentils, and millet, I don’t know what millet is, and fitches that might be rye, and put them in one vessel and make bread of them according to the number of days that you shall lie on your side, three hundred and ninety days shall you eat that food.

And the food you shall eat every day shall weigh twenty shekels, or about one half pound.  From time to time you shall eat it.

You shall also drink water by measure, the sixth part of a hin, or about one quart, from time to time shall you drink.

And you shall eat it as barley cakes, and you shall bake it with dung that comes out of a man in their sight.

This is big time suffering for The Prophet Ezekiel.  I believe this also translates into the suffering of The Jewish People in Babylon for their sins against The Holy One of Israel, The LORD GOD ALMIGHTY.

Because The LORD said, Even in this way shall The Children of Israel eat their bread defiled among the Gentiles where I drive them.

The anti-Semitism of yesterday and today is because of Jewish sin against The LORD Their GOD.

DEUTERONOMY 28.15-68

Then Ezekiel said to The LORD, O LORD GOD, Behold, my soul has not been polluted, for from my youth up, even till now have I not eaten of that which dies of itself, or is torn in pieces, neither did any abominable meat come into my mouth.

Then GOD said to Ezekiel, Look, I have given you cow’s dung for man’s dung, and you shall prepare your bread with that.

And The LORD said to Ezekiel, Son of man, behold, I will break the staff of bread in Jerusalem that they shall eat bread by weight, and with care.  And they shall drink water by measure, and with astonishment, a word meaning overwhelming astonishment and shock.  Meaning that GOD brought a famine upon Judah, the southern territory of Israel where the city of Jerusalem is for their Disobedience to GOD.

Again, the example you should not follow in The Bible is Disobedience to anything GOD Speaks in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation.  Because Disobedience to GOD will bring upon you curses and trouble, evil, plagues, and diseases.

And GOD said, They shall want bread and water, and be astonished one with another, and consume away for their iniquity.

Life is long.  In fact there is no end to life.  When one dies on earth, you continue to live.  The one who is worthy of Eternal Life in Heaven obeyed GOD.  They Obeyed Every Word GOD Speaks in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation that includes Torah, The Law of Moses, and Blessed The Jewish People and Israel, and  have Atonement in Messiah Yeshua.  That person will spend Eternity in Heaven, in Perfection, and Beauty, in Peace, without tears, without death, or sorrow, or crying, or pain.  And all evil will have disappeared.

But the person who Disobeys GOD by Disobeying His Spoken Word in The Bible that includes Torah, The Law of Moses, and does not repent, and does not turn to GOD by turning away from all their sins of violating Torah, The Law of Moses, and Disobeying GOD’S Spoken Word throughout The Bible, and does not bless The Jewish People and Israel, and does not have Atonement in Messiah Yeshua, that person according to Scripture will spend eternity in hell.

LET’S LOOK AT LUKE 16.19-31

LUKE 16.29-31  Abraham said, They have Moses.  That is, They have Torah, The Law of Moses, and The Prophets.  Let them Hear and Obey them.

If they will not Hear and Obey Moses, That is, If they will not Hear and Obey Torah, The Law of Moses, and The Prophets, neither will they be persuaded though one rose from the dead.  They too will end up in hell.

SO, THE EXAMPLE IN THE BIBLE YOU SHOULD NOT FOLLOW IS DISOBEYING GOD BY DISOBEYING THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD IN THE BIBLE.  THAT RESULTS IN ETERNAL LIFE IN HELL.  UNLESS YOU ARE A GENTILE AND BLESS THE JEWISH PEOPLE AND ISRAEL.  THAT WILL GET YOU TO HEAVEN. 

GENESIS 12.3

DEUTERONOMY 8.3, DEUTERONOMY 28, ISAIAH 53.10, MATTHEW 4.4, MATTHEW 26.28, LUKE 4.4, ROMANS 5.11

In 586 B.C.E./B.C. GOD sent His Jewish People into exile from southern Israel to Babylon, current-day Iraq, for seventy years because of their Disobedience to The LORD Their GOD by Disobeying The Words that GOD Spoke to them.

GOD said, His Chosen People Transgressed against GOD.  They were Impudent and Stiff Hearted.  GOD’S Chosen People Disobeyed The Words that GOD spoke to them.  EZEKIEL 2.1-5

GOD sent His Jewish People into exile three times because of their Disobedience to THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL, GOD ALMIGHTY.

In 722 B.C.E./B.C. and in 586 B.C.E./B.C. for Their Disobedience to GOD.

2 KINGS 17.6-23, 2 CHRONICLES 36.11-21

And in 70 C.E./A.D. for Disobeying GOD by rejecting Their Jewish Messiah Yeshua Who is Ha Shem, GOD ALMIGHTY.

HEBREW BIBLE ISAIAH 9.5, MICAH 5.1,  CHRISTIAN BIBLE ISAIAH 9.6, MICAH 5,2, MATTHEW 23.37-39, LUKE 19.41-44

Listen to these powerful Words that GOD Speaks to you, and me, and to all the world.

I call Heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing.  Therefore choose life that both you and your children shall live.

That you Shall Love The LORD Your GOD, and that you Shall Obey His Voice, and that you Shall Cleave to Him.  For He is Your Life, and the length of Your days that you shall dwell in The Land which The LORD swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob to give to them.  DEUTERONOMY 30.19-20

THESE WORDS THAT GOD SPEAKS ARE OF CRITICAL IMPORTANCE.  AND THEY APPLY TO YOU WHETHER YOU LIVE IN ISRAEL, LAS VEGAS, OR KATHMANDU, OR ANY OTHER PLACE.

THE VERY VERY FIRST WORDS, I REPEAT, THE VERY FIRST WORDS GOD SPOKE TO THE FIRST HUMAN BEING GOD CREATED, ADAM, WAS IN ESSENCE, CHOOSE LIFE BY OBEYING WHAT I AM COMMANDING YOU, OR CHOOSE DEATH FOR DISOBEYING ME.  UNFORTUNATELY, ADAM CHOSE DEATH BY DISOBEYING GOD.

AT THE BEGINNING OF GOD’S CREATION, GOD TEACHES THE WORLD HOW TO CHOOSE LIFE OR DEATH, BLESSING OR CURSING, BY EITHER OBEYING WHAT GOD SPEAKS IN THE BIBLE FOR LIFE AND BLESSING, OR DISOBEYING WHAT GOD SPEAKS IN THE BIBLE FOR DEATH AND CURSES.

As you well know, GOD created Adam and Eve to live forever in a perfect and sinless Garden of Eden world.  But they both Disobeyed GOD.  They Disobeyed The Words that GOD Spoke to Adam.

Just like today.  Most people Disobey what GOD Says in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation. That’s why there’s so much grief in the world, Disobedience to GOD. Disobedience to His Spoken Words in The Bible.

GOD gave Adam a Command not to eat the fruit of a certain tree in the Garden of Eden, because, GOD said, You will surely die if you eat from that tree.

But Adam and Eve Disobeyed GOD.  They listened to satan rather then GOD.  Satan lied, and told Eve, You will not surely die if you eat from that tree.

So Adam and Eve listened to satan. They Disobeyed GOD and ate from the tree that GOD told them not to eat from.  And instead of living an Eternal Life in a sinless world, they died as GOD promised.  And GOD always does what He says He will do.

And not only did Adam and Eve die, but GOD punished the human race for their sin.  And GOD also Prophesied hate between satan and The Woman.  The Woman, I believe, is The Jewish People.  SEE  REVELATION 12

GENESIS 3.15   Anti-Semitism is because of Jewish Disobedience to GOD.

GENESIS 3.16   And GOD also laid difficulty and pain on women giving birth.

GENESIS 3.17-19  And GOD cursed the ground making work difficult.

GENESIS 2.15-17, GENESIS 3.1-24, GENESIS 5.5

GOD’S punishment upon humanity is because the human race inherited the sin of Adam and Eve, Disobeying The Spoken Words of The LORD GOD OF CREATION.  Today, sin is Disobeying The Spoken Word of GOD recorded in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation.  And sin is also Transgressing GOD’S Laws Written in The Law of Moses in the first five Books of The Bible.  And according to The Bible all human beings are conceived in sin, and by one man, Adam, sin entered the world.

HEBREW BIBLE PSALM 51.7, CHRISTIAN BIBLE PSALM 51.5, ROMANS 5.12, 1 JOHN 3.4

THEREFORE REPENTANCE IS REQUIRED BY GOD FOR EVERY HUMAN BEING TO BE RIGHT WITH GOD.  AND REPENTANCE IS ADDRESSED LATER IN THE MESSAGE.

I don’t understand why people do not see the consequences and curses for Disobeying GOD in the story of Adam and Eve.

GOD tells all the world, The Jewish People, and Gentiles, time after time in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation to Obey Every Word GOD Speaks in The Bible for Life and Blessings.

GOD’S Words are Prophetic because if you Obey The LORD Your GOD, The LORD will Bless you with Life and Blessings.

And GOD’S Words are Prophetic if you Disobey The LORD Your GOD, because death and curses will overtake you.

Again, we’ll talk about Repentance later in The Message.

Let’s look at some of GOD’S warnings, you can call them Prophecies, for Life and Death, Blessing and Curse.

After all it is written in The Book of Ezekiel that GOD exiled His Jewish People into captivity from Israel to Babylon for seventy years because of their Disobedience to The Words that GOD Commanded them.

Do you think this is a warning?  GOD destroyed the entire world in the days of Noah because of Disobedience to GOD by wiping out the earth’s population with a flood, saving only Noah and his family of eight people because Noah Obeyed GOD.

GENESIS 6.1-13

AND GOD WILL DESTROY THE WORLD IN THE FUTURE FOR THE SAME REASON, DISOBEDIENCE TO GOD.  DISOBEYING THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD AND VIOLATING HIS LAW OF MOSES. 

ISAIAH 13.9, ISAIAH 24.4-6, 1 JOHN 3.4

So I’ve chosen a number of Scriptures in both The Old and New Testaments where GOD continuously sets before us Life and Death, Blessing and Cursing.

You know, just about everybody talks about Heaven where there is no sin, no death, no pain, no sickness, but only Perfection and Beauty, and Perfect Love, and The Perfection of Holiness that is Perfect Obedience to GOD.  People ask, Am I going to Heaven after I die?  Or did this one go to Heaven, or did that one go to Heaven?  Or my mother, or my father are looking down on me from Heaven.

But GOD has a path to Heaven.  And that is Choosing Life and Blessing.  Obeying Every Word GOD Speaks in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation that includes The Law of Moses.  That is The Path to Heaven.  And GOD’S Spoken Word and His Law of Moses are not difficult.

DEUTERONOMY 8.3, MATTHEW 4.4, LUKE 4.4, 1 JOHN 5.3

GOD warns the world of Death and Cursing for homosexuality by destroying Sodom and Gomorrah and the sinners living in those cities.  But GOD saved Lot and his family alive because GOD saw Lot as Just and Righteous because Lot obeyed GOD.  Therefore GOD had two angels deliver Lot and his family out of those cities before The LORD rained fire and brimstone down on Sodom and Gomorrah.

GENESIS 19.1-5, 24-26, 2 PETER 2.6-9

GOD warns the world to have no other gods before Him.  Not to make any graven images or any likeness of anything that is in the heavens above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the waters under the earth.

But The Children of Israel paid the price for their Disobedience to GOD by worshipping strange gods during their forty year walk in the wilderness to The Promised Land, and even after they were in The Land of Israel.

EXODUS 20.1-6, NUMBERS 25.1-5, DEUTERONOMY 6.4, MARK 12.29,  2 KINGS 21.1-18

GOD warns His Jewish People, and all the world not to disobey Him, but to keep His Laws.  That is Prophesy for what will happen.

JESUS NEVER ABOLISHED THE LAW OF MOSES,

Sanctification is Holiness that comes upon you when you have atonement today in The Messiah Yeshua, and live by Every Word GOD Speaks in The Bible that includes The Law of Moses.

LEVITICUS 22.9, ROMANS 5.11, MATTHEW 4.4

GOD warns His Jewish People and all the world of curses for Disobeying Him.  That is also prophesy.

DEUTERONOMY 27.26, DEUTERONOMY 28.1-14,15-68

AND YES, GOD ALSO WARNS THE WORLD IN THE NEW TESTAMENT TO OBEY GOD BY LIVING YOUR LIFE ACCORDING TO ALL HIS LAWS WRITTEN IN THE LAW OF MOSES.

JESUS NEVER ABOLISHED THE LAW OF MOSES.

LET’S LOOK AT SOME SCRIPTURES IN THE BOOK OF MATTHEW THAT TEACH LIFE AND BLESSINGS FOR OBEDIENCE TO THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD IN THE BIBLE THAT INCLUDES OBEDIENCE TO THE LAW OF MOSES.

MESSIAH YESHUA, JESUS THE MESSIAH, WHO IS JEHOVAH, GOD ALMIGHTY THE FATHER, THE ONE AND ONLY GOD, teaches the world to Repent by turning from all your sins of Disobeying The Spoken Word of GOD, and  Turning to GOD, being Lawful and Right by Obeying The Spoken Word of GOD that includes Obeying all GOD’S Laws Written in The Law of Moses.

MATTHEW 4.17, EZEKIEL 18.21, MATTHEW 4.4, LUKE 4.4, JOHN 14.9, DEUTERONOMY 8.3

EZEKIEL 18.21 IS CRITICAL FOR REPENTANCE.  WITHOUT TURNING FROM ALL YOUR SINS OF DISOBEYING GOD’S LAWS WRITTEN IN THE LAW OF MOSES IN GENESIS THROUGH DEUTERONOMY, AND TURNING TO GOD IN OBEDIENCE TO THE LAW OF MOSES, YOUR FAITH IN JESUS IS IN VAIN.  BELIEF IN JESUS DOES NOT EXEMPT YOU FROM BEING LAWFUL AND RIGHT WITH GOD.  SEE THE WARNINGS.

Messiah Yeshua teaches about the narrow gate that is Obedience to GOD that leads to Life,  that few enter.  And the broad gate that is Disobedience to The Spoken Word of GOD that leads to Destruction, that many enter.

MATTHEW 7.13-14

MESSIAH YESHUA, GOD ALMIGHTY teaches that Doing The Will of The Father in Heaven is being Obedient to The Law, The Law of Moses.  But not doing The Will of GOD is being Disobedient to The Law, The Law of Moses.

AND THAT WILL LEAD MESSIAH TO SAY TO THE DISOBEDIENT, DEPART FROM ME YOU THAT WORK INIQUITY.  

HEBREW BIBLE PSALM 40.9, CHRISTIAN BIBLE PSALM 40.8, MATTHEW 7.21-23, 1 JOHN 3.4

Messiah says, Follow Me, and let the dead bury the Dead.  Following Messiah is living your life by Every Word GOD Speaks in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation that includes The Law of Moses.  The spiritual dead Disobey GOD.  MATTHEW 8.22

Messiah says, Do not fear them who kill the body but are not able to kill the soul.  But rather fear Him, GOD ALMIGHTY, Who is able to destroy both body and soul in hell.

The fear of The LORD will move you to do what GOD says in The Bible.  By so doing, you have Life and Blessings, and you are Heaven bound.

MATTHEW 10.28

MESSIAH ALSO TEACHES THAT HIS FAMILY ARE THOSE WHO HEAR THE WORD OF GOD, AND DO IT.

MATTHEW 12.50, LUKE 8.21

THEREFORE CHOOSE LIFE THAT BOTH YOU AND YOUR CHILDREN SHALL LIVE.

We’re continuing our studies in The Book of Ezekiel when The Children of Israel were captives in the idolatrous surroundings of Babylon.  The Book of Ezekiel is dated between 593 and 571 B.C.E./B.C.  And our study will be from Ezekiel 2.1-10.

AND THE TITLE OF OUR MESSAGE IS, A MESSAGE FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS.

GOD had shown The Prophet Ezekiel a supernatural vision of GOD’S angels, and GOD sitting on His Throne in space.

Let’s read Ezekiel 1.26-28, and Ezekiel 2.1-5.

When Ezekiel saw GOD sitting on His Throne in space, he fell on his face, and The Prophet heard a Voice.  The Voice was The Voice of GOD.

And GOD said to him, Son of Man, Stand on your feet and I will speak to you.

GOD had a mission for Ezekiel.  Go to The Jewish captives whom GOD called, rebellious, a People who have transgressed against GOD.  Even while they were in captivity in Babylon, they transgressed against GOD.  They are an impudent People, GOD said.  Meaning, GOD’S Holy People, The Jewish People, disrespect GOD.  They refuse to obey GOD.

All people who rebel against GOD, who transgress against GOD Almighty, and do not do a thing GOD says, are an impudent people.  They disrespect GOD, and they all fall under the same category.  Sin.

Sin is not doing what GOD says in The Bible.  And sin is disobeying Torah, GOD’S Laws that are written in The Law of Moses in the first five Books of The Bible.  GOD calls all people who sin, rebellious, transgressors, and impudent.

1 JOHN 3.4

And that is the condition of the world today.  Very, very few people obey GOD.  And that is why the United States and all the world are judged by GOD’S judgment of coronavirus, terror, wars, hate, riots, poor health, and the list goes on.  Because the people throughout the world rebel against GOD.  They transgress against GOD.  They are impudent, and disrespectful towards GOD.  They refuse to obey what GOD tells them to do in His Spoken Word that is Written very clearly in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation.

And every Word GOD Speaks, and Commands us to do is not difficult.

1 JOHN 5.3

These days are like the days of Noah, when GOD said, The wickedness of man is great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart is only evil continually.  And it saddened The LORD that He had made man on the earth, and it grieved Him at His Heart.

And GOD wiped out the entire earth, killing everyone by a flood, and saving only Noah and his family of eight, because Noah walked with GOD.

Walking with GOD is obeying GOD.  And Noah obeyed every Word GOD Spoke.  And today, The Spoken Word of GOD is Written in The Bible, and not difficult to follow but yet so few walk with GOD.  GENESIS 6.5-13

And what does GOD say about the earth today, and the people living on the earth?  ISAIAH 24.1-6, 21-23

So GOD sent Ezekiel to The Jewish captives in Babylon, current-day Iraq.  And GOD said to Ezekiel, Whether they hear you or not, because they are a rebellious people, Yet, they will know that a Prophet has been among them.

EZEKIEL 2.6  And you, son of man, Do not be afraid of them, neither be afraid of their words, though briers, meaning rebels and thorns, are with you, and you dwell among scorpions.  Do not be afraid of their words.  Do not be frightened or confused by their looks, though they are a rebellious house.

Those Words spoken by GOD apply today.  Don’t be afraid of them.  Don’t be afraid of their words though they are thorns, and rebels, and scorpions.  Don’t be frightened of their looks though they are a rebellious people.

I’m not talking about The Jewish captives in Babylon 2,500 years ago.  I’m talking about today.  The rioters, and looters, those who attack innocent bystanders, attack police, and destroy the property of innocent people.

DO NOT BE AFRAID OF THEM. 

IF YOU ARE LIKE NOAH, GOD WILL ALWAYS PROTECT YOU AND YOUR FAMILY.  BECAUSE YOU WALK WITH GOD.  YOU OBEY THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD.  THAT MAKES YOU JUST AND PERFECT BEFORE GOD.  YOU ARE RIGHTEOUS IN THE SIGHT OF GOD.  YOU ARE JUST AND RIGHTEOUS BECAUSE YOU LIVE A LAWFUL LIFE ACCORDING TO THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD.  YOU LIVE A LAWFUL LIFE BY OBEYING EVERY WORD GOD SPEAKS IN THE BIBLE FROM GENESIS THROUGH REVELATION THAT INCLUDES TORAH, THE LAW OF MOSES, BECAUSE GOD SAYS, MAN DOES NOT LIVE BY BREAD ONLY, BUT BY EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDS OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD. 

DEUTERONOMY 8.3, MATTHEW 4.4, LUKE 4.4

AND IF ANYONE TELLS YOU IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO LEAD A RIGHTEOUS LIFE LIKE NOAH, AND OBEY TORAH, THE LAW OF MOSES, THEY DO NOT KNOW GOD.

I’m not saying, jump into the middle of the rioting.  No, I’m saying, if you are Righteous as Noah was Righteous, a human being just like yourself, you do not have to be afraid of them, or their rumors running throughout TV, the newspapers, websites, people talking fear.  You do not have to be afraid of their words, or their looks, though they are a rebellious people, because you are Righteous and Perfect in The Sight of GOD.  And GOD will do mighty things for you and your family to protect you always.  For there shall not a hair of your head perish.  LUKE 21.18

EZEKIEL 2.7  AND GOD SAID TO EZEKIEL, YOU SHALL SPEAK MY WORDS TO THEM, WHETHER THEY HEAR OR WHETHER THEY WILL NOT HEAR, FOR THEY ARE MOST REBELLIOUS.

People are like the parable of the sower.  When you speak The Word of GOD to People, most people will listen to you.

Here is what The Word of GOD is.  Obey every Word GOD speaks in The Bible.  Keep the Saturday Sabbath on the seventh day of the Week.  And do not do any work on that day.  Eat what GOD tells you to eat, and don’t eat what GOD tells you not to eat, like bacon, sausage, ham, shrimp, lobster, turtle soup, frog legs, oysters, clams, crabs.

GOD NEVER ENDED THE LAW OF MOSES.  THE LAW STANDS FOREVER FOR ALL PEOPLES.

LEVITICUS 11, DEUTERONOMY 14, ISAIAH 40.8

Observe GOD’S festivals, His Passover, The Feast of Weeks called Pentecost, The Feast of Blowing Shofars that Judaism calls Rosh Ha Shanah, the New Year, Yom Kippur, The Day of Atonement, and Tabernacles, and observe them according to GOD’S instructions in Leviticus 23.

And throw away the christmas tree.  Because GOD says, Learn not the way of the heathen.

JEREMIAH 10.2-5  Thus saith The LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and do not be afraid of the signs of heaven, for the heathen are afraid of them.

For the customs of the people are vain.  For one cuts a tree out of the forest, the work of the hands of a workman with the ax.

They deck it with silver and gold.  They fasten it with nails, and with hammers that it doesn’t move.  They are upright as the palm tree but do not speak.  They need to be carried because they cannot go.  Do not be afraid of them, for they cannot do evil, neither also is it in them to do good.

That is the christmas tree.  GOD says, Do not learn the way of the heathen.  Don’t bring a christmas tree into your house or even put it on your property.

People fall into the category of the parable of the sower.  The sower sows the seed.  The seed is The Spoken Word of GOD.  Not the word of religion, not the word of man, but The Spoken Word of GOD written in The Bible from Genesis through Revelation that includes The Law of Moses.

And Jesus, Who is The Jewish Messiah Yeshua, GOD ALMIGHTY, THE FATHER teaches the parable of the sower.  And He says,

The Seed, The Spoken Word of GOD in The Bible that includes The Law of Moses, fell on the wayside, and it was trodden down and birds devoured it.

That is, Those by the wayside hear The Word Spoken by GOD, but then the devil comes and takes away The Word out of their hearts, lest they should believe and be saved.

And some fell on a rock.  That is The Seed, The Spoken Word of GOD, fell on a rock.  And as soon as the seed sprung up, it withered away because it lacked moisture.

Messiah says, They on the rock are they which when they hear The Spoken Word of GOD, they receive it with joy, but they have no root, which for awhile believe, and in time of the trials of life, they fall away.  Remember, The Spoken Word of GOD is every Word GOD Speaks in The Bible.

And some fell among thorns.  And the thorns sprung up with the seed and choked it.

The Seed, The Spoken Word of GOD that fell among thorns are they which when they have heard, go forth, and are choked with the cares and riches, and pleasures of this life, and bring no fruit to perfection.  That is, they do not do what GOD says.  They do not obey The Spoken Word of GOD in The Bible.  There is no perfection in them in The sight of GOD.

And other seed fell on good ground and sprang up and brought forth fruit a hundredfold.

And Messiah says, But The Seed, The Spoken Word of GOD that fell on the good ground are they which in an honest and good heart having heard The Word of GOD, Keep it.  That is, They Obey it, and bring forth fruit with patience.

It takes patience, and study of The Bible, Living by, and Obeying Every Word GOD Speaks in The Bible.  Doing all that GOD says in The Bible.  They are GOD’S People who live by all that GOD says in The Bible.  They bring forth fruit with patience.  They are perfect in GOD’S eyes.

1 KINGS 8.61

THE WORD OF GOD THAT FALLS ON THE GOOD GROUND, INTO AN HONEST AND GOOD HEART, HAVING HEARD THE WORD OF GOD, AND KEEP IT AND OBEY IT, THEY ARE THE RIGHTEOUS OF GOD WHO BRING FORTH FRUIT – EVERYTHING PLEASING TO GOD – WITH PATIENCE.

THEY WILL HEAR THE WORD OF GOD THAT YOU SPEAK.  BUT MOST WILL NOT DO WHAT GOD SPEAKS. 

LUKE 8.4-8, 11-15

THE RIGHTEOUS DO NOT HAVE TO FEAR ANYBODY AS LONG AS YOU WALK A PERFECT LIFE WITH GOD.  AND IF YOU FALL, YOU IMMEDIATELY REPENT BY TURNING FROM YOUR SIN TO OBEDIENCE TO GOD’S WORD, COMMANDMENTS, STATUTES AND ORDINANCES.  AND YOU RESUME YOUR LIFE OF LOVING GOD BY OBEYING HIS EVERY WORD WRITTEN IN THE BIBLE.

EZEKIEL 18.21, 1 JOHN 1.9, 1 JOHN 5.3, JOHN 14.15

EZEKIEL 2.8  BUT YOU SON OF MAN HEAR WHAT I SAY TO YOU.  THE WORD HEAR IN HEBREW IS SHEMA, MEANING HEAR AND OBEY.  GOD SAID TO EZEKIEL, HEAR WHAT I SAY TO YOU, AND OBEY WHAT I SAY TO YOU.  DO NOT BE REBELLIOUS LIKE THAT REBELLIOUS HOUSE, THE JEWISH CAPTIVES.  OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND EAT WHAT I AM GIVING TO YOU.

THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD IS FOOD AND HEALTH WHEN YOU DO WHAT GOD SAYS.  AND WHEN YOU LIVE BY THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD WRITTEN IN THE BIBLE, YOU GROW IN GOD.  WITH PATIENCE AND TIME YOU BECOME LIKE THE GREAT ONES IN THE BIBLE WHOSE LIVES WERE BUNDLED IN THE LORD.  YOU BECOME LIKE NOAH, ABRAHAM AND SARAH, ISAAC, JACOB, MOSES, DAVID, THE PROPHETS, THE GODLY MEN AND WOMEN OF BOTH THE OLD AND NEW TESTAMENTS WHO WALKED WITH GOD AND OBEYED EVERY WORD GOD SPOKE.

SO I’VE BEEN THINKING, WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF LIFE?  I DON’T BELIEVE THERE IS A ONE SENTENCE ANSWER.  PROBABLY THERE’S A NUMBER OF ANSWERS TO WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF LIFE.

BUT ONE ANSWER IS TO SERVE GOD BY LIVING YOUR LIFE BY EVERY WORD GOD SPEAKS IN THE BIBLE.  AND GOD WILL BLESS YOU WITH A GOOD, PROSPEROUS, HEALTHY, AND SUCCESSFUL LIFE ON EARTH, AND ETERNAL LIFE IN HEAVEN WHEN YOU HEAR AND OBEY EVERY WORD GOD SPEAKS.

MATTHEW 26.28

GOD SAID TO EZEKIEL HEAR AND OBEY WHAT I SAY TO YOU.  DO NOT BE REBELLIOUS LIKE THAT REBELLIOUS HOUSE.  OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND EAT WHAT I AM GIVING YOU.

EZEKIEL 2.9-10  AND EZEKIEL WRITES, WHEN I LOOKED, BEHOLD, A HAND WAS SENT TO ME, AND BEHOLD, IN IT WAS A ROLL OF A BOOK.

AND HE SPREAD IT BEFORE ME, AND IT WAS WRITTEN WITHIN AND WITHOUT.  THAT IS, IT WAS WRITTEN IN THE FRONT OF THE BOOK, AND IN THE BACK OF THE BOOK.  AND THERE WAS WRITTEN IN THE BOOK, LAMENTATIONS, AND MOURNING, AND WOE.  OR GRIEF BECAUSE OF SO MUCH DEATH, AND SORROW BECAUSE OF SO MUCH DEATH, AND DISTRESS, AFFLICTION AND TROUBLES.

GOD MAY NOT SEND A HAND TO US WITH THE ROLL OF A BOOK TO EAT.  BUT WE HAVE THE BIBLE THAT HAS GOD’S SPOKEN WORD WRITTEN IN IT.  AND GOD’S SPOKEN WORD IS THE FOUNDATION OF LIFE.  HOW TO LEAD A LIFE THAT IS GOOD, RIGHTEOUS AND LAWFUL IN THE SIGHT OF GOD, BY OBEYING GOD.

THERE ARE SO MANY WHO SAY THAT JESUS ABOLISHED THE LAW OF MOSES ON THE CROSS, OR THAT JESUS FULFILLED AND DID THE LAW OF MOSES PERFECTLY.  THEREFORE YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO OBEY THE LAW OF MOSES.

YOUR BIBLE NEVER SAYS THAT ANYWHERE.  ESPECIALLY FROM THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD.  PEOPLE WRITE BIBLES FROM THE TRUE WORD OF GOD, AND PEOPLE MIGHT TEND TO DISTORT THE WORDS OF THE BIBLE PERHAPS FOR FINANCIAL GAIN OR FOR SOME OTHER SICK REASON.  BUT GOD NEVER SAYS THAT THE LAW OF MOSES IS ABOLISHED.  IN FACT GOD SAYS THROUGHOUT THE BIBLE FROM GENESIS THROUGH REVELATION THAT WE ARE TO OBEY THE LAW OF MOSES ALWAYS FOR OUR GOOD.  ALWAYS IS THE SAME AS FOREVER.

LISTEN TO THIS.  BIBLE TRANSLATORS WRITE THAT JESUS SAID, IF ANY MAN COMES TO ME, AND DOES NOT HATE HIS FATHER, AND MOTHER, AND WIFE, AND CHILDREN, AND BRETHREN, AND SISTERS, YES, AND HIS OWN LIFE ALSO, HE CANNOT BE MY DISCIPLE.  LUKE 14.26

THAT IS NOT JESUS TALKING.  THAT IS SOME SICK TRANSLATOR TEACHING US TO HATE.  HATE MEANS HATE IN ENGLISH.

WHEN YOU EAT GOD’S WORDS BY READING AND DOING WHAT GOD SAYS IN THE BIBLE, YOU WILL GROW INTO A PERFECT AND RIGHTEOUS PERSON IN THE EYES OF GOD.  THAT RESULTS IN ETERNAL LIFE IN HEAVEN.

REMEMBER THIS.  WHAT YOU READ OR HEAR MUST ALWAYS AGREE WITH GOD’S LAWS THAT ARE WRITTEN IN THE LAW OF MOSES THAT ARE THE WORDS OF GENESIS THROUGH DEUTERONOMY.  IF WHAT YOU READ OR HEAR DOES NOT AGREE WITH THE LAW OF MOSES, YOU ARE BEING TAUGHT REBELLION AGAINST GOD, TRANSGRESSION AGAINST GOD, AND DISRESPECT OF GOD BY BEING TAUGHT NOT TO OBEY GOD.

BECAUSE GOD SAYS, MAN DOES NOT LIVE BY BREAD ALONE BUT BY EVERY WORD THAT PROCEEDS OUT OF THE MOUTH OF GOD.

OBEYING GOD IS FOR YOUR GOOD ALWAYS. 

DISOBEYING GOD IS LAMENTATIONS, MOURNING, AND WOE.

AND OBEDIENCE TO GOD IS LIFE.

AND OBEDIENCE TO GOD IS FOR SUCH A TIME AS THIS.

This morning we will begin our teachings in The Book of Ezekiel starting in the first chapter.

AND THE TITLE OF OUR MESSAGE IS, THE SAGES SAY THAT THE VISION OF THE HEAVENLY THRONE IS A TOPIC SO FAR REMOVED FROM HUMAN COMPREHENSION THAT THE SAGES THEMSELVES FELT INADEQUATE TO INTERPRET IT, AND FORBID LAYPERSONS TO DELVE TOO DEEPLY INTO ITS TEACHINGS.

So with that said, let’s read Ezekiel 1.1-28, and we will study this great Supernatural Vision when GOD opened up The Heavens and personally presented His Mighty Vision to The Prophet Ezekiel.

EZEKIEL 1.1  NOW IT CAME TO PASS IN THE THIRTIETH YEAR IN THE FOURTH MONTH, IN THE FIFTH DAY OF THE MONTH, AS I WAS AMONG THE CAPTIVES BY THE RIVER K’VAR, THAT THE HEAVENS WERE OPENED AND I SAW VISIONS OF GOD.

It’s not clear what the thirtieth year represents.  But in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth day on The Jewish Calendar that would be June 27th, some 2,500 years ago during the seventy year Jewish exile to Babylon from 586 B.C.E./B.C. to 516 B.C.E./B.C.,

The Prophet Ezekiel was among The Jewish Captives in Babylon, current day Iraq, by the river K’var, that the Heavens were opened. And Ezekiel saw visions of GOD.  Ezekiel saw with his own eyes what was taking place before him.

EZEKIEL 1.2-3  IN THE FIFTH DAY OF THE MONTH WHICH WAS THE FIFTH YEAR OF KING JEHOIACHIN’S CAPTIVITY WOULD BE 593 B.C.E./B.C.

THE WORD OF THE LORD CAME EXPRESSLY TO EZEKIEL THE PRIEST, THE SON OF BUZI, IN THE LAND OF THE CHALDEANS, (THAT IS BABYLON) BY THE RIVER K’VAR.  AND THE HAND OF THE LORD WAS THERE UPON HIM.

GOD sent His Jewish People of Jerusalem and throughout southern Israel into captivity to Babylon for seventy years because of their rebellion, their transgressions, and their disrespect against The LORD Their GOD.

GOD caused the Babylonian armies to begin exiling Jews to Babylon in 597 B.C.E./B.C.  The Babylonians destroyed The Solomon Temple in 587 B.C.E./B.C., and exiled more Jewish People in 586 B.C.E/B.C. 

2 CHRONICLES 36.11-21

EZEKIEL 1.4  AND I LOOKED, EZEKIEL WRITES, AND BEHOLD A WHIRLWIND.  WHIRLWIND IN HEBREW IS RUAKH SAH’RAH, MEANING A WIND, A SPIRIT, A STORM, OR A HURRICANE, CAME OUT OF THE NORTH.  AND A GREAT CLOUD, AND A FLASHING MASS OF FIRE WITHIN THE STORM.  AND A BRIGHTNESS TO IT ALL AROUND.  AND OUT OF THE CENTER OF IT WAS THE COLOR OF AMBER, TRANSPARENT AND BRILLIANT AS SHINING BRASS AND BRONZE, OUT OF THE CENTER OF THE FIRE.

EZEKIEL 1.5  ALSO OUT OF THE CENTER OF THE STORM AND THE MASSIVE FIRE, CAME THE LIKENESS OF FOUR LIVING CREATURES.  AND THIS WAS THEIR APPEARANCE.  THEY HAD THE LIKENESS OF A MAN.  THAT IS, THE FOUR LIVING CREATURES LOOKED LIKE MEN.

6/  AND EVERY LIVING CREATURE HAD FOUR FACES.  AND EVERY ONE HAD FOUR WINGS.

7/  AND THEIR FEET WERE STRAIGHT FEET.  AND THE SOLE OF THEIR FEET WAS LIKE THE SOLE OF A CALF’S FOOT.  AND THEY SPARKLED LIKE THE COLOR OF COPPER.

8/  AND THEY HAD THE HANDS OF A MAN UNDER THEIR WINGS ON THEIR FOUR SIDES.  AND THE FOUR OF THEM HAD THEIR FACES AND THEIR WINGS.

9/  THEIR WINGS TOUCHED ONE TO THE OTHER.  THEY DID NOT TURN WHEN THEY WENT.  EVERYONE WENT STRAIGHT FORWARD.

10/  AND FOR THE LIKENESS OF THEIR FACES, THE FOUR HAD THE FACE OF A MAN, AND THE FACE OF A LION ON THE RIGHT SIDE.  AND THE FOUR HAD THE FACE OF AN OX ON THE LEFT SIDE, AND THE FOUR ALSO HAD THE FACE OF AN EAGLE.

12/  AND EACH WENT STRAIGHT FORWARD.  WHERE THE SPIRIT WENT, THEY WENT, AND THEY DID NOT TURN WHEN THEY WENT.

13/  AS FOR THE LIKENESS OF THE LIVING CREATURES, THEIR APPEARANCE WAS LIKE BURNING COALS OF FIRE, AND LIKE THE APPEARANCE OF A BURNING TORCH.  IT WENT UP AND DOWN AMONG THE LIVING CREATURES, AND THE FIRE WAS BRIGHT.  AND LIGHTNING WENT OUT OF THE FIRE.

14/  AND THE LIVING CREATURES KEPT RUNNING AND TURNING LIKE THE APPEARANCE OF A FLASH OF LIGHTNING.

15/  AND I LOOKED AT THE LIVING CREATURES, AND  BEHOLD, ONE WHEEL WAS ON THE EARTH BY THE LIVING CREATURES WITH THEIR FOUR FACES.

16/  AND THE APPEARANCE OF THE WHEELS AND THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS LIKE THE COLOR OF BERYL.  MAGNIFICENT PURPLE IN COLOR.  AND THE FOUR LIVING CREATURES HAD ONE LIKENESS.  AND THEIR APPEARANCE AND THEIR WORKMANSHIP WAS AS IT WERE A WHEEL IN THE MIDDLE OF A WHEEL.

17/  WHEN THEY WENT, THEY WENT ON THEIR FOUR SIDES.  AND THEY DID NOT TURN WHEN THEY WENT.

18/  AS FOR THEIR RINGS, THEY WERE SO HIGH THAT THEY WERE TERRIFYING.  AND THEIR RINGS WERE FULL OF EYES ALL AROUND THEM.

19/  AND WHEN THE LIVING CREATURES WENT, THE WHEELS WENT BESIDE THEM.  AND WHEN THE LIVING CREATURES WERE LIFTED UP FROM THE EARTH, THE WHEELS WERE LIFTED UP.

20/   WHERESOEVER THE SPIRIT COMPELLED THEM TO GO, THEY WENT.  AND THE WHEELS WERE LIFTED UP BESIDE THEM.  FOR THE SPIRIT OF THE LIVING CREATURES WAS IN THE WHEELS.

21/  WHEN THEY WENT UP, THESE WENT, AND WHEN THOSE STOOD, THESE STOOD.  AND WHEN THOSE WERE LIFTED UP FROM THE EARTH, THE WHEELS WERE LIFTED UP BESIDE THEM.  FOR THE SPIRIT OF THE LIVING CREATURE WAS IN THE WHEELS.

22/  AND THE LIKENESS OVER THE HEADS OF THE LIVING CREATURES WAS THE SKY AS THE COLOR OF AWESOME CRYSTAL STRETCHED OUT OVER THEIR HEADS FROM ABOVE.

23/  AND UNDER THE SKY WERE THEIR STRAIGHT WINGS.  ONE TOWARD THE OTHER.  EACH ONE HAD TWO WHICH COVERED ON THIS SIDE, AND EACH ONE HAD TWO WHICH COVERED ON THAT SIDE OF THEIR BODIES.

24/  AND I HEARD THE NOISE OF THEIR WINGS LIKE THE NOISE OF GREAT WATERS, AS THE VOICE OF THE ALMIGHTY, THE VOICE OF SPEECH, AS THE NOISE OF AN ARMY.  WHEN THEY STOOD, THEY LET DOWN THEIR WINGS.

25/  AND THERE WAS A VOICE FROM ABOVE THE SKY THAT WAS OVER THEIR HEADS WHEN THEY STOOD AND LET DOWN THEIR WINGS.

26/  AND ABOVE THE SKY THAT WAS OVER THEIR HEADS WAS THE LIKENESS OF A THRONE, AS THE APPEARANCE OF A SAPPHIRE STONE, LIKE A BEAUTIFUL GEM.  AND UPON THE LIKENESS OF THE THRONE WAS THE LIKENESS AS THE APPEARANCE OF A MAN ABOVE UPON IT.

SITTING UPON THE THRONE OF SAPPHIRE WAS THE ALMIGHTY GOD, THE MESSIAH YESHUA.

27/  AND I SAW HIM AS THE COLOR OF AMBER, TRANSPARENT AND BRILLIANT AS SHINING BRASS AND GOLD, AS THE APPEARANCE OF FIRE WITHIN ALL AROUND IT.

EZEKIEL SAW GOD IN HIS GLORY, AND IN GREAT POWER.

28/  AS THE APPEARANCE OF THE RAINBOW THAT IS IN THE CLOUD IN THE DAY OF RAIN, SO WAS THE APPEARANCE OF THE BRIGHTNESS ALL AROUND.  THIS WAS THE APPEARANCE OF THE LIKENESS OF THE GLORY OF GOD.  AND WHEN I SAW, I FELL UPON MY FACE, EZEKIEL WRITES, AND I HEARD A VOICE OF ONE WHO SPOKE.

WHEN GOD SPEAKS, EVERY WORD IS LAW, EVERY WORD A COMMAND, AND EVERY WORD HIS PROMISE, AND HIS TEACHING.

WHY THE ANGELIC BEINGS OF GOD, AND EVERYTHING THEY DID BEFORE EZEKIEL?  FOR GOD TO GET EZEKIEL’S ATTENTION, AND FOR GOD TO GET YOUR ATTENTION, AND EVERYONE WHO READS THE BIBLE.

AND GOD CERTAINLY GOT EZEKIEL’S ATTENTION.  WHEN EZEKIEL SAW WHAT WAS HAPPENING IN FRONT OF HIS EYES, SEEING GOD ON HIS THRONE IN SPACE EZEKIEL FELL ON HIS FACE.

BECAUSE GOD HAD A VERY IMPORTANT MISSION FOR EZEKIEL.  

GO TO THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL, GOD SAID TO EZEKIEL, TO THE JEWISH CAPTIVES IN BABYLON.  TO A REBELLIOUS NATION THAT HAS REBELLED AGAINST ME.  THEY AND THEIR FATHERS HAVE TRANSGRESSED AGAINST ME TO THIS VERY DAY.  EVEN IN CAPTIVITY, GOD’S CHOSEN PEOPLE WERE REBELLING AGAINST THEIR GOD, THE GOD OF ISRAEL.

FOR THEY ARE IMPUDENT CHILDREN, GOD SAID.  THEY DISRESPECT ME.  THEY REFUSE TO OBEY ME.

LET’S LOOK AT EZEKIEL CHAPTER 2.1-5

1/  AND GOD SAID TO EZEKIEL, SON OF MAN, STAND UPON YOUR FEET, AND I WILL SPEAK TO YOU.

2/  AND THE SPIRIT ENTERED INTO ME WHEN GOD SPOKE TO ME, AND SET ME ON MY FEET, AND I HEARD HIM WHO SPOKE TO ME.

GOD SPOKE TO EZEKIEL WITH HIS VOICE FROM ABOVE, OR BY HIS VOICE INSIDE EZEKIEL’S HEAD.

3/  AND HE SAID TO ME, SON OF MAN, I SEND YOU TO THE CHILDREN OF ISRAEL, TO A REBELLIOUS NATION THAT HAS REBELLED AGAINST ME.  THEY AND THEIR FATHERS HAVE TRANSGRESSED AGAINST ME TO THIS VERY DAY.

TODAY, BECAUSE THE WORLD REBELS AGAINST GOD, AND DISRESPECTS THE GOD OF CREATION, AND TRANSGRESSES AGAINST GOD BY NOT OBEYING HIS SPOKEN WORD IN THE BIBLE, GOD HAS JUDGED THIS WORLD WITH CORONAVIRUS, THE FLU, DISEASE, PLAGUES, FIRES, HATE, MURDER, RIOTS, LOOTING, EARTHQUAKES, FLOODS, TERRORISM, ALL BECAUSE THE WORLD REBELS AGAINST THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD WRITTEN IN THE BIBLE FROM GENESIS THROUGH REVELATION.

THEY TRANSGRESS AGAINST THE HOLY ONE OF ISRAEL TO THIS VERY DAY.  THE WORLD DISOBEYS EVERY WORD GOD SPEAKS IN THE BIBLE.  AND MANY ARE TAUGHT THE LIE THAT GOD’S LAWS WRITTEN IN THE LAW OF MOSES ARE ABOLISHED AND NO LONGER IN EFFECT.  THEY ARE TAUGHT TO REBEL AGAINST GOD, DISRESPECTING GOD, AND TRANSGRESSING EVERY WORD GOD SPEAKS.  WHILE OTHERS ARE OBLIVIOUS TO GOD, DEAF, BLIND, AND INDIFFERENT, THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD WRITTEN IN THE BIBLE FROM GENESIS THROUGH REVELATION.

THESE ARE THE DAYS OF NOAH WHEN GOD DESTROYED THE EARTH AND EVERYONE IN IT EXCEPT NOAH AND HIS FAMILY BECAUSE NOAH WALKED WITH GOD AND OBEYED EVERY WORD GOD SPOKE. GENESIS 6.9

4/  AND GOD SAID TO EZEKIEL, FOR THEY ARE IMPUDENT AND STIFF HEARTED (THEY ARE DISRESPECTFUL TOWARD GOD, AND STUBBORN, REJECTING THE SPOKEN WORD OF GOD WRITTEN IN THE BIBLE.)  I DO SEND YOU TO THEM, GOD SAID, AND YOU SHALL SAY TO THEM, THUS SAITH THE LORD GOD.

5/  AND WHETHER THEY WILL HEAR OR WHETHER THEY WILL REFUSE AND NOT LISTEN TO YOU, FOR THEY ARE A REBELLIOUS HOUSE.  YET THEY SHALL KNOW THAT THERE HAS BEEN A PROPHET AMONG THEM.

LATER IN HIS BOOK, THE PROPHET EZEKIEL PROPHESIES OF A FUTURE GREAT WAR AGAINST ISRAEL.  EZEKIEL 38 AND 39

THE PROPHET ZECHARIAH PROPHESIES THAT GOD WILL GATHER ALL THE NATIONS AGAINST JERUSALEM TO BATTLE.  ZECHARIAH 14

THE PROPHET ISAIAH PROPHESIES OF A TIME WHEN FEW PEOPLE WILL BE LEFT ON THE EARTH.  ISAIAH 24

ALL GOD’S JUDGMENTS ARE BECAUSE THE WORLD TRANSGRESSES GOD’S LAWS, CHANGE HIS ORDINANCES, AND BREAK HIS EVERLASTING COVENANT, THAT IS GOD’S SPOKEN WORD THAT IS LAW.  AND FEW PEOPLE WILL BE LEFT.  ISAIAH 24.4-6

EZEKIEL ALSO PROPHESIES ABOUT THE DRY BONES OF MANY JEWISH PEOPLE WHOM GOD WILL RESURRECT TO LIFE, TO ETERNAL LIFE.  TO LIVE IN THE MESSIANIC KINGDOM OF GOD IN ISRAEL FOR ONE THOUSAND YEARS THAT WILL BE LIKE THE GARDEN OF EDEN, AND THROUGHOUT ETERNITY IN HEAVEN.  EZEKIEL 37

AND EZEKIEL ALSO TEACHES GOD’S REPENTANCE.  TURNING TO GOD FROM ALL YOUR SINS OF BREAKING GOD’S LAWS WRITTEN IN THE LAW OF MOSES IN THE FIRST FIVE BOOKS OF THE BIBLE, AND OBEYING ALL GOD’S LAWS, AND STATUTES WRITTEN IN TORAH, THE LAW OF MOSES, DOING THAT WHICH IS LAWFUL AND RIGHT.  AND GOD SAYS, YOU SHALL SURELY LIVE, YOU SHALL NOT DIE.  EZEKIEL 18.21, 1 JOHN 3.4

AND AT THE END OF THE BOOK OF EZEKIEL, THE PROPHET WRITES ABOUT THE FUTURE 1,000 YEAR MESSIANIC KINGDOM TEMPLE IN JERUSALEM WHERE MESSIAH YESHUA WILL REIGN.  EZEKIEL 40-48
